Combining the most user-friendly & ergonomical resistance training machines on the market with high quality free weight equipment we have ensured that our weights room is well equipped to assist you with all your resistance training needs.
You should also note that all memberships come with a FREE health assessment and a tailored training program from one of our qualified trainers & reassessments every 6-8 weeks.
Cardio Room
Increasing your aerobic fitness helps your body utilize oxygen more effeciently which in turn aids in reducing your resting heart rate, blood pressure & even stress levels.
A 20 minute cardio session 3-4 days a week will make a big difference to your heart & lung function as well as increasing your general well-being. We have a variety of cardio machines to aid you on your journey to a healthier & fitter you.
Our Cardio Room also has a designated core workout & stretching area fiited out with various workout aids such as Swissballs, Medicine balls & a Bosu ball.
Boxing is now being recognised as one of the best forms of exercise you can participate in that will give you a full body workout while increasing your fitness levels.
Plus....who doesn't like belting the stuffing out of a punching bag at the end ( or start ) of a long day.
Fully equipped with Australian made Jim Bradley's Speedball Co boxing equipment we can accomodate 25 participants per class using a variety of punching bags such as heavy bags, boulder bags, floor-to ceiling, uppercut pads & speedballs.
As well as the bags we have a full size boxing ring which is utilized during the classes, private boxing lessons / personal training as well as the occasional sparring session - it really all depends on what goals you are after.
We are certain that our boxing facility can accomodate all your boxing for fitness training needs.
We've combined Old-School training methods with New-School science. Our "Ross Studio" is named after well-known conditioning specialist Ross Enamait. Literally caged in it's own area this studio will allow participants to flp tractor tyres, clib rope, chin up, push up, squat, use sand bags and anything else the trainer comes up with!
We are even looking into installing some monkey bars as well!
The intense conditioning that this studio has to offer will push any particpant to their limits.
Health & Well-Being Centre
Assessment Room:
Our qualified personal trainers will run you through a health & fitness assessment, talk with you about your health & fitness goals & run you through a plan to help you achieve the results you are after.
Massage:
Why not finish a workout with a relaxing massage by one of our qualified massage therapists. Massage aids in reducing that post-workout soreness as it increases the blood flow through the muscles aiding it in a speedier recovery.
A gymnasium with a massage room is a match made in heaven.
Our Massage room is now located on the first floor. Please contact our reception area on 8348 5545 to book in a session. Minimum session time is 30min.
Located on our ground floor HH Nutrition & Fitness offers wellness & nutritional coaching emphasising on the aspects of positive living. Your coach Helena will motivate & inspire you to reconnect your body & mind so you can fullfill all your health & fitness goals.

Group exercise is emerging as the future of the fitness industry. Gone are the days of going through an individual treadmill walk and weight circuit workout on your own. Now, greater results both physically and mentally are being found through the camaraderie and accountability in group fitness classes.

1 on 1 Personal Training
If you want the service and results that only 1 on 1 personal training can provide then this is the package for you. Our sessions are available in 30 minute sessions, 1 hour sessions, or in blocks of 5, 10 or 20 sessions. ( bulk discounts apply ). Our sessions are motivating, fun and rewarding. Targeting your specific needs using a variety of training methods including boxing, resistance training, conditioning and circuit training you can achieve the results you deserve!
Group Personal Training
If you are more inclined to work out with a friend , small group of friends or corporate training then this option is what you need. This is a great way to stay motivated , have fun, strengthen relationships and build teamwork. Our sessions will vary depending on your requirements and are available in 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions.
